How many guests can the library host?

The library can host a maximum of 100 guests for ceremonies and 50 guest for kids’ birthday parties.

Are there food and alcohol restrictions?

You may bring your own catered food to your event. Our event coordinator will help with vendors. Alcohol is not permitted in the library at this time.

How are the events kept private?

The library hosts private events after hours. Fill the form above to learn more about our availability.

Will library staff be around to help with the event?

Yes! The library will have staff on hand to assist with event coordination, setup, and tear down.

Can I bring my own decorations?

Yes! Small, removeable decorations can be brought in. We do not permit decorations that are installed into walls or floors. Please no glitter or confetti. Our event coordinator will review decor guidelines before your event.
